In September 2010 HMSC took part in a performance of Monteverdi's 1610 Vespers at the BBC Proms, with the Monteverdi Choir conducted by Sir John Eliot Gardiner. The concert was broadcast on radio and television worldwide and the following clip is the Sonata Sopra Sancta Maria:

HMSC has commissioned composer Martyn Harry to write a new piece for our instruments. Martyn has recently been appointed Fellow in Music at my former Oxford college, St Anne's. He came along to one of our recording sessions where the following short film was made:
